RESOLUTION NO. 2000-096
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY, DRAINAGE AND ROADWAY
PURPOSES WITHIN PARCEL 14-118-22-13-0012
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate an easement for utility, drainage and roadway purposes
within Parcel 14-118-22-13-0012; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for February 15, 2000 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of February 15, 2000; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on February 15, 2000 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of an easement for utility, drainage and roadway purposes
within Parcel 14-118-22-13-0012; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following easement for utility, drainage and roadway purposes
recorded under Document No. 6357538 be vacated:

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: (PIN 14-118-22-13-0012)
The south 530.00 feet of the north 1600.00 feet of the east 420.00 feet of the East Half
of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14 Township 118 Range 22.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
An easement for utility, drainage and roadway purposes over, under and across the
above described property. Said easement is described as follows:
The south 95.00 feet of the west 73.00 feet and the south 130.00 feet of the east
80.00 feet of said above described property.
Adopted by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
