RESOLUTION NO. 2000-092
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
ONE TON, DUAL WHEEL TRUCK CHASSIS
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2000 budget the purchase of (One) One Ton,
dual wheel truck chassis; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Airlake Ford -Mercury has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE (ONE) ONE TON, DUAL WHEEL
TRUCK CHASSIS OFF THE STATE CONTRACT THROUGH AIRLAKE FORD -
MERCURY. THE PURCHASE PRICE NOT TO EXCEED $29,400 EXCLUDING STATE
SALES TAX.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on February 15 2000.
