RESOLUTION 2000-089
APPROVING ICE FISHING ACCESS TO MEDICINE LAKE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Harty's Boat Rental have had an agreement for the past
10 years for the provision of ice fishing to Medicine Lake; and
WHEREAS, both the City of Plymouth and Mary Harty wish to continue this agreement for an
additional 10 years; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
agreement between Harty's Boat Rental and the City of Plymouth is hereby approved, and
further, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
