RESOLUTION 2000-088
APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND
LEASING AGREEMENT BETWEEN HENNEPIN
PARKS AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously held a public hearing on the disposition of the
Luce Line Trail; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has prepared the necessary documents for the transfer of
title between the City of Plymouth and Hennepin Parks; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of said agreements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
purchase agreement and lease agreement are hereby approved, and further, that the Mayor and
City Manager are authorized to sign said agreements.
Adopted by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
