RESOLUTION NO. 2000-085
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
TORO 325D 72" MOWER/SWEEPER MACHINE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2000 budget the purchase of one new current
model Toro 325D 72" Mower/Sweeper Machine; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State Contracts; and
WHEREAS, MTI (Minnesota Toro Co.) has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE A NEW CURRENT MODEL TORO 325D
72"MOWER/SWEEPER MACHINE OFF THE STATE CONTRACT THROUGH MTI
(Minnesota Toro Co.). CONTRACT #424514. THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE 325D
WITH ATTACHMENTS IS $27,539.84 INCLUDING STATE SALES TAX.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
