RESOLUTION No. 2011-347
A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
HOLLYDALE 1 1 5 KILOVOLT (KV) TRANSMISSION LINE
ADVISORY TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, in June 2011, the Northern States Power Company, ("Xcel Energy") and
Great River Energy filed an application for a route permit for the Hollydale Project pursuant to
the alternative permitting procedures in Minnesota Rules 7850.2800 and 7850.3900; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Commission accepted the Xcel Energy and Great River
Energy route permit application as complete and authorized the Department of Commerce
Energy Facility Permitting staff to establish an advisory task force,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Council Member Judy Johnson is hereby
appointed as Member and Public Works Director Doran Cote as Alternate, for the Hollydale 115
Kilovolt (kV) Transmission Line Advisory Task Force.
ADOPTED by the City Council on October 11, 2011.
