HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-078CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-078 AMENDING RESOLUTION 99-344 FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ARMSTRONG, TORSETH, SKOLD AND RYDEEN INC. TO REMOVE THE CONDITION REQUIRING A FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM FOR THE STORAGE AREA UNDER THE WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL STADIUM BLEACHERS (99052) WHEREAS, Armstrong, Torseth, Skold and Rydeen, Inc. requested a site plan amendment to allow construction of a stadium complex at 4955 Peony Lane North, legally described as follows: Lots 1, Block 1, Wayzata Senior High School Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the City Council approved a site plan amendment for the stadium complex under Resolution 99-344 on August 17, 1999; and WHEREAS, condition no. 11 of Resolution 99-344 stated as follows: "A fire extinguishing system must be provided in the concession/ticket building. A fire extinguishing system must be provided for the storage area under the bleachers."; and WHEREAS, Armstrong, Torseth, Skold and Rydeen, Inc. has requested that the requirement for a fire extinguishing system for the storage area under the bleachers be removed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend the resolution for a site plan amendment for the Wayzata High School stadium complex by amending condition no. 11 of Resolution 99-344 as follows: Resolution 99-344 11.
