RESOLUTION NO. 2000-076
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS AS REQUIRED
BY MINNESOTA STATUTES 471.87-471.89
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to purchase merchandise and equipment; and
WHEREAS, Timothy E. Bildsoe, President of Cy's Uniforms, is the Ward 1 Councilmember of
the City of Plymouth and will be financially interested in the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plymouth:
1.) The City Clerk is directed to make the above-mentioned purchases on behalf of the City
from Timothy E. Bildsoe for a price of $1,238.63.
2.) It is determined that the contract price of $1,238.63 is as low as, or lower than, the price
at which the goods can be obtained elsewhere at this time.
3.) This Resolution is approved to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 471.87-
89.
