RESOLUTION NO. 2000-074
APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
ACCELERATION MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has unfinished space in the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, the company Acceleration Minnesota wishes to rent approximately 1,200 square
feet in the unfinished basement of the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation has recommended approval of said lease
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
lease agreement between the City of Plymouth and Acceleration Minnesota is approved, and
further, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on February 1, 2000.
