RESOLUTION NO. 2000-072
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
FOR THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the architect has submitted a request for Change Order No. 5 in the amount of
$29,226.75; and
WHEREAS, the project architect and City staff have reviewed said change order request and
found it appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $29,226.75 is hereby approved, and further that the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on February 1, 2000.
