RESOLUTION NO. 2000-065
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTUAL STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
FOR THE SPRING OF 2000
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved funds to contract with a sweeping company for the
spring sweeping project in 2000, and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and received bids on January 21, 2000 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Allied Blacktop Co. $65.00 per hour per broom.
Clean Sweep Inc. $68.00 per hour per broom, and
WHEREAS, Allied Blacktop Co. is the lowest bidder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from Allied Blacktop Co. for
$65.00 per hour/per machine.
FURTHER, that the funding for the Contractual Street Sweeping Services will be from
101 1611 7512.
Adopted by the City Council on February 1, 2000.
