AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
FORSTER PRESERVE PLAT 4 (99093)
WEST OF ZACHARY LANE & SOUTH OF COUNTY RD. 9
SW NW NE SECTION 14, T118N, R 22W
WHEREAS, the Forster Preserve Plat 4 (99093), proposes to fill a small wetland basin, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 2,000 sq. ft. in wetlands type 1, 2 or 6
(De Minimis, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3))
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Forster Preserve Plat 4 (99093).
