RESOLUTION NO. 2000-051
AWARDING BID FOR CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AND RELATED
EQUIPMENT FOR ACTIVITY CENTER
WHEREAS, closed circuit televisions and related equipment will be required for the operation
of the facility, and
WHEREAS, these funds are included in the building project budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from three vendors, and
WHEREAS, HTE/USSI, Inc. has submitted the lowest annual bid and is an acceptable qualified
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase the closed circuit television system (CCTV) from HTE/USSI Inc. for $24,625 plus
applicable taxes, and that funding shall come from the Activity Center Construction Budget.
Adopted by the City Council January 18, 2000.
