RESOLUTION NO. 2000-045
APPROVING AGREEMENT
SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P.
WATER TOWER ANTENNA
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of
City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from Sprint Spectrum L.P. to locate antennas
on the County Road 6 Tower; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow Sprint
to have the antennas on the County Road 6 water tower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the agreements with Sprint Spectrum, L.P. to locate personal communication
antennas on the County Road 6 Water Tower.
Adopted by the City Council on January 18, 2000.
