RESOLUTION NO. 2000-009
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
SILVERTHORNE 5TH ADDITION (99075)
WHEREAS, It is necessary to amend the Development Contract for Silverthorne 5th Addition
because item 14.10 would restrict access from Schmidt Lake Road to Providence Academy a
private school and item 14.12 that reduces the amount of trail required to be constructed with
Silverthorne 5th Addition because of the sale of certain lots to Providence Academy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve amending the
Development Contract for Silverthorne 5th Addition as follows and authorizing the Mayor and
City Manager to sign the amended contracts:
Item 14.10 shall be deleted and replaced with the following: " Private driveway access for Lot 1,
Block 3, shall be to Quantico Lane and shall be restricted from Schmidt Lake Road."
Item 14.12 shall be deleted and replaced with the following: "Prior to the issuance of any building
permits, the developer shall install the required eight -foot wide trail (along the north side of
Schmidt Lake Road) from the westernmost line (extended) of Lot 1, Block 3, Silverthorne 5th
Addition to the westernmost curb line of Quantico Lane."
