AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE TO ADD SECTION 21655.57 PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST
BUSINESS CAMPUS) (2013001)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended to add section 21655.57 — PUD 81-1 (Northwest
Business Campus): Amendment for WestHealth Transitional Care Facility Expansion, as
follows:
21655.57 PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS): AMENDMENT FOR
WESTHEALTH TRANSITIONAL CARE FACILITY EXPANSION FOR LOT 21
BLOCK 1, WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS THIRD ADDITION:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. The property affected by this PUD amendment is
currently legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Third Addition.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the amended PUD Plans received by
the city on January 4, 2013, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2013-071, on
file in the office of the zoning administrator under file 2013001.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage.
