RESOLUTION No. 2011-286
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE
EDGE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT, JAMESTOWN AND
ZACHARY HILLS AREA CITY PROJECT NO. 11012
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 26th day of July, 2011,
which fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Edge Mill
and Overlay Project, Jamestown and Zachary Hills Area, City Project No. 11012,
including the streets located on Arrowood Lane from 491h Avenue to the cul-de-sac
north, Cottonwood Lane, Deerwood Lane and Evergreen Lane from 481h Place to the
cul-de-sac south, Deerwood Lane and Evergreen Lane from 48th Place to the cul-de-sac
north, Evergreen Lane from 50th Avenue to the cul-de-sac north, 48th Place and 50th
Place from Forestview Lane to the cul-de-sac west, 49th Place and 50th Place from
Balsam Lane to the cul-de-sac west, 49th Avenue from Balsam Lane to the cul-de-sac
east and 50th Place from Arrowood Lane to the cul-de-sac east by edge mill and overlay
of bituminous pavement, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 23rd day of August, 2011, at
which all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted July 26, 2011.
2. The city council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of
the improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
