RESOLUTION No. 2011-283
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2011 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvement Plan allocates funding for annual
improvements to the City's trail system, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed the proposed
projects for possible work in 2011, and
WHEREAS; the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 2011 Trail Improvement Project on
Carlson Parkway between Xenium and Cheshire Lane is authorized to be constricted. Funding
for the project will be taken from park dedication funds in the amount of the engineers' estimate
of 79,797.00 with the final cost not to exceed $130,000.00.
