RESOLUTION NO. 2011-280
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FIRE DEPARTMENT STAFF TO PREPARE
SPECIFICATIONS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FIRE ENGINE 31
WHEREAS, Fire Department staff have identified Fire Engine 31 for replacement in 2011;
and
WHEREAS; vehicle replacement requires apparatus specifications to be developed; and
WHEREAS; apparatus specifications are to be released for pubic bid; and
WHEREAS; award of bid would not occur without City Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that authozition is granted to fire department
staff to prepare and solicit bids for the replacement of Engine 31.
