ESOLUTION TO UTHORIZE O ARKING ON THLACE

AND ERRIMAC ANE IN LM REEK IGHLANDS RD DDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by all adjacent property owners on Merrimac Lane
from Schmidt Lake Road to 50th Place and 50th Place from Merrimac Lane to the east property line at
5024 Merrimac Lane; and
WHEREAS, Merrimac Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to 50th Place and 50th Place from
Merrimac Lane to the east property line at 5024 Merrimac Lane is being used as overflow parking
while school is in session; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on school days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 50th
Place and Merrimac Lane is not needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of ““No Parking” signs from 8
a.m. to 3 p.m. on school days on Merrimac Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to 50th Place and 50th Place
from Merrimac Lane to the east property line at 5024 Merrimac Lane.
