ESOLUTION PPROVING EMPORARY IQUOR ICENSE PPLICATION

WHEREAS, the West Medicine Lake Community Club, 1705 Forestview Lane North, has applied
for a Temporary Liquor License for an event on November 13-15, 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Temporary Liquor License for the West Medicine Lake Community Club for an
event on November 13-15, 2015 is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of October, 2015.
