ESOLUTION WARDING THE ONTRACT
WFLSR(15014)
FOR THE ATER RONT IFT TATION EHABILITATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Waterfront Lift Station Rehabilitation,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following were received complying
with the advertisement:
Bidder Total Lump Sum Bid Amount
Minger Construction, Inc $564,750.00
Pember Companies, Inc. $596,700.00
GM Contracting $989,123.13
Engineer’s Estimate $541,000.00
WHEREAS, it appears Minger Construction, Inc. of Chanhassen, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into contract for the bid with Minger Construction, Inc. of Chanhassen, MN in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the Waterfront Lift Station Rehabilitation according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $564,750.00.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FUNDING FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL BE FROM THE
Sewer fund in the amount of $645,780.00.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of October, 2015.
