ORDINANCE NO. 2015-27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 5975 VICKSBURG LANE (201 5058)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (future
restricted development)to RSF-3 (single-family 3) for property described as:
That part of the North 300 feet of the South 1230 feet of East 759 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 5,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as beginning at the southwest corner
thereof; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 32 minutes 29 seconds East, along the
south line thereof, a distance of 260.10 feet; thence North 09 degrees 19 minutes 31 seconds West a
distance of 98.71 feet; thence North 34 degrees 20 minutes 57 seconds West a distance of 129.47 feet;
thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 170.93 feet to the west line of said
East 795 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 02 seconds West
205.01 to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
