RESOLUTION No. 2011-274
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
HOLLY LANE EDGE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 23rd, 2011, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost for the improvement located on Holly
Lane north of Medina Road by edge mill and overlay of bituminous pavement, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the properties affected by the proposed improvements desire to
enter into an assessment agreement wishes to waive the special assessment procedures outlined in
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Special Assessment Agreement between the City of Plymouth and MU
Plymouth Ponds, LLC is hereby approved.
