RESOLUTION No. 2011-262
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR UCHU L.L.C.,
D/B/A UCHU PERUVIAN CUISINE, 4130 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH, UNIT B
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an On -Sale 3.2 Liquor License from
Uchu L.L.C., d/b/a Uchu Peruvian Cuisine, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Unit B; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the On -Sale 3.2 Liquor License is hereby
approved for Uchu L.L.C., d/b/a Uchu Peruvian Cuisine, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Unit B.
The liquor license would be issued for the period through January 31, 2012.
