APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS FOR THE
ROTTLUND COMPANY INC. FOR THE RESERVE 3RD ADDITION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
WEST OF CHESHIRE PARKWAY AND NORTH OF 55T" AVENUE NORTH (2008003)
WHEREAS, The Rottlund Company Inc. has requested a one-year extension of the
development approvals (PUD general plan and preliminary plat) granted for property legally
described as follows:
Outlot A, The Reserve, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
by The Rottlund Company Inc. for a one-year extension of the development approvals granted
for The Reserve -1 Addition for property located west of Cheshire Parkway and North of 551H
Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The extension is subject to the conditions listed in Resolution 2008-258 approved on August
26, 2008, as previously extended administratively to August 26, 2011.
2. The development approvals shall now expire on August 26, 2012.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 9, 2011.
