RESOLUTION No. 2011-240
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE 2011 EDGE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT,
JAMESTOWN AND ZACHARY HILLS AREA
CITY PROJECT NO. 11012
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on July 26, 2011, the City
Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for improvement No. 11012, the improvement of
the 2011 Edge Mill and Overlay Project, Jamestown and Zachary Hills Area. The improvement
is located on Arrowood Lane from 491h Avenue to the cul-de-sac north, Cottonwood Lane,
Deerwood Lane and Evergreen Lane from 48th Place to the cul-de-sac south, Deerwood Lane and
Evergreen Lane from 48th Place to the cul-de-sac north, Evergreen Lane from 50th Avenue to the
cul-de-sac north, 48th Place and 50th Place from Forestview Lane to the cul-de-sac west, 49th
Place and 50th Place from Balsam Lane to the cul-de-sac west, 49th Avenue from Balsam Lane to
the cul-de-sac east and 50th Place from Arrowood Lane to the cul-de-sac eastby edge mill and
overlay of bituminous pavement, and all necessary appurtenances, and has presented such plans
and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, are hereby approved.
