RESOLUTION No. 2011-237
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINDING OF
NO NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) BASED UPON
REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) DATED MAY 26, 2011
FOR THE BASS LAKE WETLAND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9127
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Environmental Assessment
Worksheet (EAW) for the Bass Lake Wetland Drainage Improvement Project (9127) on June 15,
2011; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Review Program riles, the City of
Plymouth acting as the responsible government unit, prepared and distributed an Environmental
Assessment Worksheet for the Bass Lake Wetland Drainage Improvement Project (9127) on
June 13, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the 30 -day review period expired on July 13, 2011, and all comments and
recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other interested parties have been
considered; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed project does not present a potential
for environmental impacts of such significance that an Environmental Impact Statement would
be required
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
