HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2011-223CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2011-223 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR "HAMPTON HILLS 3RD ADDITION" FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 53131 5323, AND 5455 JUNEAU LANE (2011002-F) WI4EREAS, on May 24, 2011, the City Council approved a final plat and development contract for Hampton Hills -1 Addition for the roughly 151 acre -site located at 5313, 5323, and 5455 Juneau Lane; and WIffiREAS, Hampton Hills Investment, LLC has requested approval of a revised final plat to modify the shape of one lot (Lot 13, Block 3) and establish one additional outlot (Outlot E); and WIffiREAS, the property is presently legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 2 and Outlot A, Hampton Hills 2"a Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. C Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1618, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part thereof which lies easterly and northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Tract A; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 55 minutes 03 seconds East along the northerly line of said Tract A a distance of 430.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 17 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 408.70 feet; thence on a bearing of East to the east line of said Tract A and said line there terminating. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hampton Hills Investment, LLC for a revised final plat for Hampton Hills _3 Addition, subject to the following: 1. The final plat drawings for Hampton Hills -1 Addition are hereby revised in accordance with the plans received by the city on July 5, 2011. 2. The plat conditions and development contract covering the improvements related to said plat, as approved under Resolution No. 2011-171 remain in full force.
