A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
FOR A WOOD DECK WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH 3RD ADDITION
AT 4345 POLARIS LANE
WHEREAS, property owners Timothy and Jeanne Anderson requested the City to approve
an encroachment agreement allowing a wood deck to be constricted within a drainage and utility
easement at 4345 Polaris Lane; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the proposed wood deck within the
easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the owners property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Quail Ridge of
Plymouth -1 Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the proposed
wood deck in a drainage and utility easement.
