HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2011-219CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2011-219 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE CITY OF MEDICINE LAKE WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the City of Medicine Lake jointly rehabilitated South Shore Drive; and WHERAS, two Plymouth municipal water connections have been provided to properties lying in Medicine Lake; and WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement has been prepared in which Plymouth will allow Medicine Lake customers to connect to Plymouth municipal water. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Joint Powers Agreement for municipal water service is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
