RESOLUTION No. 2011-167
A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE THE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMITTEE TO REVIEW AND COMMENT ON THE
DRAFT THIRD GENERATION WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE
SHINGLE CREEK WATERSHED
WHEREAS, the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commission has requested the
City of Plymouth designate a citizen's advisory committee provide review and comment on the
draft Third Generation Watershed Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) is responsible for oversight
of watershed management plan development both the BWSR and state regulations require an open
process for watershed management plan development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The Environmental Quality Committee is hereby designated to review and comment on
the Draft Third Generation Watershed Management Plan for the Shingle Creek
Watershed.
