RESOLUTION TO REJECT BIDS FOR THE
FLASHING YELLOW ARROW PROJECT
CITY PROJECT N0. 15008
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Flashing Yellow Arrow Project, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to State law, and the following bid was received complying with the advertisement:
Contractor Total Bid
Killmer Electric Co., Inc $786,447.00
Engineers Estimate $676,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The bid is rejected for the Flashing Yellow Arrow Project, City Project No. 15008.
2. Engineering staff is directed to acknowledge to the bidders appreciation for submitting their bid.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of September, 2015.
