RESOLUTION No. 2015-282
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VARIANCE
GRANTED FOR JOHN (.LACK) HACKENMUELLER AND MARY FICKE HACKENMUELLER
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1215 DUNKIRK LANE (2013067)
WHEREAS, John (Jack) Hackenmueller and Mary Ficke Hackenmueller have requested City Council
approval of a one-year extension of the variance that was granted on September 24, 2013 for property
legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES lying south of the North 150 feet of said Lot 1,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by John (Jack) Hackenmueller and Mary
Ficke Hackenmueller for a one-year extension of the previously granted variance for property located at
1215 Dunkirk Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. A one-year extension of the variance is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in
Resolution 2013-309 approved by the City Council on September 24, 2013.
2. The variance approval shall now expire on September 24, 2016.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 22nd day of September, 2015.
