RESOLUTION No. 2011-158
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR
SUBURBAN WASTE MN LLC, D/B/A SUBURBAN WASTE SERVICES
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have been provided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a garbage hauler license is hereby approved for
Suburban Waste MN LLC, d/b/a Suburban Waste Services for the period through March 31,
2012.
