RESOLUTION No. 2011-146
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING"
ON A SECTION OF WATERTOWER CIRCLE, WEST OF ANNAPOLIS
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by the President of RBC Tile & Stone at
1820 Berkshire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking 100 feet each side of the easterly
driveway at 1820 Berkshire Lane on the south side of Watertower Circle is not needed to serve
the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of
"No Parking" signs 100 feet each side of the easterly driveway at 1820 Berkshire Lane on the
south side of Watertower Circle.
