RESOLUTION No. 2011-119
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING"
8TH AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 10004
WHEREAS, the street width in two locations in the 8th Avenue Street
Reconstruction Project were installed at 24 feet adjacent to Queensland Park
and 21 feet between 18100 8th Avenue and 710 Shadyview Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended "No Parking"
area is not needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby,
authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs on 8th Avenue adjacent to
Queensland Park and between 18100 8th Avenue and 710 Shadyview Lane.
