RESOLUTION No. 2011-109
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE LEASE WITH ZAYO GROUP, LLC
TO INSTALL DATE COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ON THE WATER TOWER
LOCATED AT 4000 CO. RD. 101
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the
use of City owned land for wireless telecommunication antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from Zayo Group, LLC to install data
communication equipment on the water tower property located at 4000 Co. Rd. 101, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney which
would allow Zayo Group, LLC to installed data communication on water tower located at 4000
Co. Rd. 101.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into the agreements with Zayo Group, LLC to install date communication on the water
towers property located at 4000 Co. Rd. 101.
