A RESOLUTION TO
APPROVE STAFF COMMENTS
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
DRAFT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has prepared revised Stormwater
Management and Administrative Rules; and
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District publicly noticed the draft plan
amendment on February 15, 2011 with the public comment period ending March 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the revised Stormwater Management Rule may require additional staff time
and resources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That staff comments on the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District revised Stormwater
Management and Administrative Rules are hereby approved.
2. Staff is directed to forward the comments to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
