RESOLUTION No. 2011-062
A RESOLUTION AWARDING AUDITING SERVICES TO Ma«oy, Montague,
Karnowski, Radosevich Ft Co, P.A. (MMKR)
WHEREAS, the City periodically reviews existing contractual agreements with
consultants and advisors to ensure that services and price strictures best meet the needs
of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals for auditing services on December 27,
2010; and
WHEREAS, five highly regarded local auditing firms submitted qualified
proposals; and
WHEREAS, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co, P.A. (M1VIKR)
received the highest score from the evaluation process; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Malloy, Montague,
Karnowski, Radosevich & Co, P.A. (M1VIKR) be awarded auditing services and be
designated as the city's official auditor effective as of audit year -ending 2010.
