RESOLUTION No. 2011-061
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FROM THE 2010 RECOUNT
WHEREAS, the City participated in the 2010 Recount for the Governor's race during the
week of November 29, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the City hired Eleanor Singer and Mattie Christensen -Freese, election
judges, to participate in this recount at a rate of $11 per hour; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will be reimbursing all cities in Hennepin County the
costs they incurred with election judges who worked at the recount; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Agreement for Services with Hennepin
County is hereby approved and staff is directed to invoice the County $962.50 for the election
judge costs incurred.
