RESOLUTION No. 2011-057
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ICWC PROGRAM FOR
CONTRACT SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2011 THROUGH JULY 1, 2013
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth Parks Department has a back log of projects that would be
delayed or have difficulty in undertaking; and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilize the ICWC program to complete
these tasks; and
WHEREAS, adequate fiends are available within the 2011 budget and will request funding for
2012 within the park maintenance 2012 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the contract with the department of corrections institutional
community work crew be awarded for services rendered in the amount of $61,883.24, and $61,883.24
for the years July 1, 2011 -July 1, 2013 and that the Mayor and City Manager be authroize to sign it.
