RESOLUTION No. 2011-030
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City actively acquires Open Space and
WHEREAS, Open Space by definition has different management concerns and needs
than other park amenities; and
WHEREAS, during the 2008 update of the Comprehensive plan, development and
application of a management plan for each existing and future parcel was requested; and
WHEREAS, the Forestry division is responsible for protecting our forest resources; and
WHEREAS, the Park & Recreation Commission has reviewed and approved the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Open Space Management Plan as approved by
PRAC is adopted.
