HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2011-029CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2011-029 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE FINDINGS OF FACT FOR REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 FERNBROOK LANE (2010097) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has initiated a reclassification of the zoning from O (office) to I-2 (general industrial) for property located at 2730 Fernbrook Lane, legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the affected parcel as described above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of the zoning for the property located 2730 Fernbrook Lane, based on the finding that the rezoning would allow use of the building consistent with available on-site parking.
