RESOLUTION 99-545
APPROVING CORPORATE NAME CHANGE FOR
OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES HELD
BY FLEMING COMPANIES, INC. D/B/A RAINBOW FOODS #51, #58, AND #73
WHEREAS, the City has issued off -sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses to Fleming Companies, Inc.,
d/b/a Rainbow Foods #51 located at 10200 6th Avenue North, Rainbow Foods #58 located at
4190 Vinewood Lane and Rainbow Foods #73 located at 16705 County Road #24; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate name has changed from
Fleming Companies, Inc. to Rainbow Food Group, Inc. and that there also has been a change
in a corporate officer.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate license name
change from Fleming Companies, Inc., to Rainbow Food Group, Inc. d/b/a Rainbow Foods #51,
located at 10200 6th Avenue North, Rainbow Foods #58, located at 4190 Vinewood Lane and
Rainbow Foods #73 located at 16705 County Road #24 licensed to sell off -sale 3.2 malt liquor
and that they also approve the change in the corporate officer.
Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1999.
