RESOLUTION NO. 99-540
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 FOR THE
PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the architect has submitted requests for Change Order No. 4 in the amount of
$49,841.02; and
WHEREAS, the project architect and City staff have reviewed said change order request and
found it appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $49,841.02 is hereby approved, and further, that the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1999.
