RESOLUTION NO. 99-539
AWARDING BID FOR PLYMOUTH CENTER
CREEK KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened on December 13, 1999 for the furnishing of
kitchen equipment at the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, one bid was received from Landmark Restaurant Equipment and Design; and
WHEREAS, this bid was within the budget allowed for kitchen equipment; and
WHEREAS, the architect and Director of Parks and Recreation have recommended awarding of
the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL, that the
bid for the furnishing of kitchen equipment at the Plymouth Creek Center is hereby awarded to
Landmark Restaurant Equipment and Design in the amount of $89,412.79.
Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1999.
