RESOLUTION NO. 99-535
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
18410 COUNTY ROAD 6
CITY PROJECT NO. 7018
WHEREAS, the property owner of 18410 County Road 6 has requested that they be allowed to
make a temporary connection to the Plymouth sanitary sewer system by a private pumping
facility; and
WHEREAS, at some future date, permanent public sanitary sewer facilities may be installed
across the property adjacent to Mooney Lake; and
WHEREAS, before temporary service is provided as requested by the property owner, the
property owner needs to agree to conditions associated with permanent sewer service; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into
the agreement with Jay and Heidi Swenson for the temporary sanitary sewer service.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That said agreement shall be recorded as a record on the
property.
Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1999.
