RESOLUTION NO. 99-519
APPROVING CITY BUILDINGS HVAC (HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR
CONDITIONING) MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require maintenance service for normal HVAC operations, and
WHEREAS, these funds are budgeted for in the annual budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from five vendors, and,
WHEREAS, Owen's Services Corporation has submitted the lowest annual bid and is an
acceptable qualified bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase from Owen's Services Corporation HVAC maintenance services as per specifications for
$19,244.00 per year for the next 3 years beginning January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2002.
