ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE NO. 27V26
COUNTY ROAD 9 OVER I-494 IMPROVEMENTS
STATE PROJECT NO'S 2785-319 AND 155-020-07
CITY PROJECT NO. 5012
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Pedestrian Bridge No.
27V26, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received by the City of Plymouth complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. of Burnsville, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT the State of Minnesota is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. of Burnsville, MN in the
name of the State of Minnesota for Pedestrian Bridge No. 27V26 adjacent to County Road 9 over
I-494 Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $444,335.50.
Adopted by the City Council on December 7, 1999.
